Thank you for shopping with POSTER BABA. This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders of posters and framed art.
Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

Delivery to remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take additional time or may not be available. Customers will be informed if shipping is not possible to a specific location.
Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation of payment.

Customized or bulk orders may require additional processing time.
Delivery Time

Standard delivery timelines vary from 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Metro cities generally receive orders faster than remote or rural areas.

Delivery time is an estimate; unforeseen delays due to courier partners, festivals, natural events, or government restrictions may occur.
Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on standard orders above 199INR.

For orders below that value, a nominal shipping fee will be applicable, displayed at checkout.

Additional charges (if any) for bulk or special packaging will be communicated before dispatch.
Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/WhatsApp/SMS to track the delivery status.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate.

POSTER BABA will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information shared by the customer.

In case of a failed delivery attempt due to customer unavailability, the courier may re-attempt delivery or the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges (if applicable) will need to be borne by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages

We take utmost care in safe packaging and shipping of posters and framed art.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with product images/unboxing video for verification.

In rare cases of lost packages, we will either reship your order or issue a refund after confirmation with the courier partner.
